Shipping policy
Once your order is placed, it’s immediately sent to our fulfillment team to begin processing. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Our handling time is typically 1–3 business days.
At the moment, we only ship within the United States, and all orders include free shipping.

How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 days of your shipping confirmation, feel free to contact us at support@groundingrest.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
Missing items
If something is missing from your order, please reach out to us at support@groundingrest.com. In some cases, items may arrive in separate packages.
If we find that there was a mistake with your order, we’ll quickly send out the missing item using expedited shipping at no extra cost.
